ABOUT GM LANDSTER
At GM LANDSTER we are a small team who's focus is on providing a boutique portfolio of comfortable student homes with an emphasis on responsive, customisable and personal service.
We aim to site our homes where there are bus stops to get you to campus, other students living nearby and local amenities such as shops, bars and restaurants. With the help of former and current University of Warwick students we have designed our interiors with modern student living in mind.
As part of our boutique, personal service we can arrange for additional amenities to be added (bed linens or coffee machines etc!), so you don't have to worry about the sustainability of buying certain items only for a year if it isn't convenient to bring them to uni with you.

Geoff and Michèle set up GM LANDSTER to provide Warwick students with a better option in Leamington Spa. After witnessing the problems with student accommodation through two of their children who attended the University of Warwick, they sought to provide a new experience for students.

Geoff and Michèle's previous businesses have all had one thing in common, offering a DISTINCTIVE experience, and GM LANDSTER is no different. While renting with us you will have attentive and personal service, no more waiting for your landlord to fix the washing machine!
